All of our mattresses are made to order in our factory in Springvale. Our highly experienced team will be able to custom make a mattress if you have specific dimensions that are not Australian standard sizes.

We make all of our Regal Brand Mattresses at our own Factory in Springvale. The factory is Serenity Bedding Pty Ltd and is associated with Regal Sleep Solutions Pty Ltd.
We do charge for delivery and delivery fees are dependant on your delivery address.
Flat rate delivery fee for up to 5 pieces is $75 for Melbourne and Adelaide Metro areas.
This is the rate for ground floor delivery, if you live above the ground floor the rate is $85.
We are happy to quote for deliveries to addresses outside of Metro areas.
All of our mattresses are made to order at our factory - Serenity Bedding in Springvale. We begin manufacturing your mattress the day after you place your order. Our delivery to Melbourne Metro addresses can be as fast as 3 working days from order depending on the day you placed your order. Orders for South Australia need to allow 7 days in most instances.
We currently delivery to Melbourne Metro, Geelong, Bendigo and Adelaide.
We can deliver interstate on request, but you need to call us to discuss the freight costs depending on your purchase requirements.
Yes by arrangement we can organise for you to pick up your mattress from our factory in Springvale. You'll need to discuss this with us in advance before making your purchase.
We are delighted you've chosen a Regal Mattress, our team will now be hard at work creating your mattress.If you purchased your mattress in store and agreed on a delivery date, our delivery driver will call you the day before between 4pm and 7pm and give you a two hour window during which they will deliver your mattress. If there is no answer on the number you have provided, they will leave a message with the delivery window.
If you have other delivery requests such as; leaving the mattress on the front porch if you are not home, or calling again an hour before delivery, you can only organise this with the driver when they call with your two hour delivery window.
If you haven't received a call letting you know your delivery window you should call the store you purchased the mattress from on the morning of your delivery to confirm the two hour window.
Charges do apply for the removal of old mattresses and ensemble bases (per piece). Fees may be higher for outer metro areas.
Note: Ratepayers can usually arrange free removal through their council hard waste collection.
If removal charges are showing on your store invoice and you have paid for this in advance then the driver will take away your old mattress/ensemble base at the same time as delivery.
We cannot guarantee that this service is available to all areas.
For online orders you will need to discuss this with us after your order is placed.
For orders placed in stores you will need to discuss this at the time of your purchase.
The number of items removed cannot exceed the number of items being delivered.
Mattresses removed must be in a clean sanitary condition and our drivers have the right of refusal should this not be the case.
Drivers cannot take away furniture items.
If asked, the delivery drive will assemble our new base, place the mattress on existing base/frame and remove all rubbish.
It's important that you make sure that the goods delivered will fit in the designated room and that there is enough space to carry goods through. This includes staircases, low ceilings and tight corners.
If no one is home at the designated delivery time, you need to phone the store you purchased your mattress from to arrange a new delivery date. An extra delivery fee will apply.
If you have purchased a bedhead, it will only be assembled by our delivery driver if an assembly charge is shown on the invoice..

Caring for your mattress is important and key to extending it's life as well as it's continued comfort. The instructions below will help ensure your mattress is in a great condition for a good night's sleep.
Always use a mattress protector to avoid accidental soiling.
The solid (thick) slats on the base supporting the mattress must be no more than 7cm apart. We recommend a centre support rail for all solid slat bases for double sizes and above.
'Flexible Slats' or ‘Posture Slats’ and Sprung Ensembles are not recommended for our mattresses and will void the warranty.
It is recommended that thick cardboard be placed between the mattress and solid slat base to prevent damage to the mattress cover.
Avoid sitting on the edge of the mattress as this could damage the frame, spring or border.
Rotation of the mattress will help prolong your mattress quality and life span.
This must be done every two weeks for the first three months and monthly thereafter (refer to Turning Instructions).
Double-sided mattresses (comfort layers on both sides) should be turned end to end as well as upside down.
Single-sided mattresses (comfort layers on one side only) should be turned end to end only.
Handles (if fitted) are only to be used for positioning the mattress. Do not use handles to lift the mattress.
If your new mattress is firmer or softer than the one you are replacing, it could take up to 30 days for our body to adjust.
Air your mattress periodically.
Depending on the comfort level and your own sleeping preferences you can choose a classic mattress which has the padding built into the mattress or an additional comfort layer in the form of a 'pillow top' which is a separate construction of foam and quality materials affixed to your mattress.
We offer three different profiles of comfort in our mattress ranges. You can choose between Classic, Firm or Plush. The difference between each mattress is the different comfort levels. Some people prefer a firm feel when they sleep and others prefer a softer more padded feel.
Everybody has a different sleep profile and individual preferences as to whether they prefer a hard or soft bed. Regal has 23 stores to choose from that you can visit to test out all of our mattresses. Our qualified sleep consultants will be able to provide a VIP Mattress Fitting and detailed information on the different mattress solutions we offer specific to your needs.
We do. When our qualified sleep consultants fit you for your mattress they will take into consideration the sleep profile of your partner as well. Our range of nested pocket spring mattresses are best designed to reduce partner disturbance.
We sell both bases and mattresses. You can choose to purchase a mattress only, or we can create a complete order for you with made to order bases and bedheads. You can customise the colour of your base and bedhead to suit your decor.
Please refer to 'How should I care for my mattress?' and 'Warranty terms and conditions' to ensure bed base compliance is met when using an existing base.
We recommend taking into consideration the 'depth' of your new mattress when deciding whether to keep your existing bed or purchase the complete ensemble. The standard recommended calculated height from floor to mattress surface should vary between 60-70 cm.
The price of our mattresses is determined by the different construction materials that go into making them. Our mid range mattresses generally have less springs and different weights of foam and upholstery to our luxury ranges.
We believe that for a mattress to truly provide you with a supported night's sleep that just foam alone isn't the right solution. After a relatively short period of time a foam only mattress will begin to break down, show signs of body indentation and lose it's supportive qualities. Our spring manufacturing process is at the heart of the quality of our mattresses. For this reason all of our mattresses are a combination of quality foams and springs.

Only Regal offers a Total Satisfaction Guarantee.If you find your mattress is too firm or too soft within 30 days of purchase we will swap it over. You need to sleep on your mattress for at least 14 days as it takes some time to get used to a new mattress.
If we absolutely cannot satisfy a customer we will refund in full, the cost of the mattress as shown on your invoice, less pick up and handling charges. These will be provided by the manager of the store from which you purchased. Terms and Conditions apply.

A mattress protector must be purchased on the same invoice as the mattress so the mattress is fully protected from stains for the Total Satisfaction Guarantee to be activated.
Regal is proud to offer our customers our exclusive 30 Day Swap Over and Money Back Guarantee.
If any customer is not happy with their purchase up until 30 Days after purchase, we will Swap Over the mattress for another mattress to try and achieve the right sleeping solution (please note a Swap Over fee for Freight, Handling and Insurance will be charged of $120.00). The mattress must be taken for a minimum of 14 nights.
If we are unable to find the right mattress solution up until 30 Days of swapping over the mattress, we will organise a full refund of the mattress less an additional Freight, Handling and Insurance fee of $120.00. The mattress must be taken for a minimum of 14 nights.
Our goal is to get a better sleep outcome for each and every customer. Should a customer not want to work with us to achieve this goal and only seeks a refund on their initial purchase a Freight, Handling and Insurance charge of $240.00 will be charged.
A Mattress Protector must be purchased at time of initial purchase. Mattresses must be returned in as new condition with no marks or stains on the mattress.
If a panel or boarder is damaged, marked or stained, the customer will be required to pay for the replacement of that panel.
The 30 Swap Over and Money Back Guarantee does not apply to custom made orders, sales of floor stock or pillows and accessory items.
The Swap Over and Money Back Guarantee is only valid at the point of purchase.
Please contact directly the store you purchased your mattress from to discuss your need to swap your mattress to find the mattress that's right for you. .They will be able to organise your mattress swap and coordinate the details required.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and provides that in normal use if any part thereof proves to be defective in workmanship or materials (from the date of original purchase until the end of the warranty period), provided the product is used in accordance with the Care Instructions on the website, such effective part or product will be repaired or replaced at no charge upon return to Serenity Bedding Pty. Ltd.
Repair or replacement of defective parts or products is at the discretion of Serenity Bedding Pty. Ltd. If identical materials are not available at the end of service, Serenity Bedding Pty. Ltd. may substitute materials of a comparable quality.
Transport costs will be met by Serenity Bedding Pty. Ltd. within the first 12 months from original purchase date only if a defect in the product is found. If goods are returned and no defective part is found, the transport costs will be met by the purchaser. After the first 12 months from original purchase date, transport costs will be met by the purchaser. Serenity Bedding Pty. Ltd. will not accept any responsibility for damage or loss incurred during the transit of the product.
In the event you suspect a defect with your product, please email firstname.lastname@example.org You will need to provide a copy of your purchase receipt prior to any action being taken and have registered your Warranty.
In some circumstances an inspection by a company representative or its agent may be necessary. In other cases the goods may be required to be returned to Serenity Bedding Pty. Ltd. for inspection. This will be decided by Serenity Bedding Pty. Ltd at their discretion.
This warranty expressly excludes;
Damage caused by burns, misuse, neglect or accident
Normal wear and tear, including normal body impressions (refer to Body Impressions in Care Instructions).
Goods found in an unsanitary condition.
Incorrect choice by the purchaser.
Damage caused by mould or moisture build up.
Mattresses placed on a sagging or inadequate base specifically sprung ensemble bases and flexible/posture slat bases . To support the mattress, a SOLID timber slat base is required with slats to be no more than 7cm apart. Sizes double and above require a centre rail.
Fabric stains, soiling, burns or fraying caused by rubbing (e.g. on a slat base)
Border wires and spring coils found to be bent due to inappropriate handling, folding, sitting on the mattress edge, standing, jumping on the product or placing mattress on ill matched sized base.
Handles (if fitted) that have been used to lift the weight of the mattress.
Minor manufacturing irregularities.
