Do you charge for delivery? 

We do charge for delivery. 

How much does delivery cost? 

Flat rate mattress delivery is $75 for Melbourne and Adelaide Metro areas.

This is the rate for ground floor delivery, if you live above the ground floor the rate is $85. 

How fast can you deliver my mattress? 

All of our mattresses are made to order at our factory Serenity Bedding in Springvale. We begin manufacturing your mattress the day after you place your order. Our delivery to Melbourne Metro addresses can be as fast as 3 working days  from order depending on the day you placed your order. Orders for South Australia need to allow up to 10 days.  

Where do you deliver? 

We currently delivery to Melbourne Metro, Geelong, Bendigo and Adelaide.

We can deliver interstate on request, but you'd need to call us to discuss the freight costs depending on your purchase requirements. 

Can I pick up my mattress myself? 

Yes by arrangement we can organise for you to pick up your mattress from our store in Mt Barker. You'll need to discuss this with us in advance before making your purchase. 

I've purchased a mattress for delivery what happens now? 

We are delighted you've chosen a Regal Mattress, our team will now be hard at work creating your mattress.If you purchased your mattress in store and agreed on a delivery date, our delivery driver will call you the day before between 4pm and 7pm and give you a two hour window during which they will deliver your mattress. If there is no answer on the number you have provided, they will leave a message with the delivery window. 

What should I do if I have a special request for the delivery driver? 

If you have other delivery requests such as;  leaving the mattress on the front porch if you are not home, or calling again an hour before delivery, you can only organise this with the driver when they call with your two hour delivery window. 

What should I do if I haven't received a call from the delivery driver the night before?

If you haven't received a call letting you know your delivery window you should call the store you purchased the mattress from on the morning of your delivery to confirm the two hour window. 

Will the driver remove my old mattress? 

If mattress removal is showing on your store invoice then the driver will take away your old mattress at the same time as delivery.
The number of items removed cannot exceed the number of items being delivered.

Drivers cannot take away furniture items.

PLEASE NOTE: Mattresses being removed must be in a clean sanitary condition. The driver has the right to refuse removal if this is not the case. (OH&S)  

Will the delivery driver assemble my mattress for me? 

If asked, the delivery drive will assemble our new base, place the mattress on existing base/frame and remove all rubbish.

It's important that you make sure that the goods delivered will fit in the designated room and that there is enough space to carry goods through. This includes staircases, low ceilings and tight corners. 

What do I do if I wasn't home to receive my mattress during the designated delivery window?

If no one is home at the designated delivery time, you need to phone the store you purchased your mattress from to arrange a new delivery date. An extra delivery fee will apply.

Will the driver assemble my bedhead as well? 

If you have purchased a bedhead, it will only be assembled by our delivery driver if an assembly charge is shown on the invoice.
